Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PriorityInbox is operated by Unsaved Changes, LLC ("PriorityInbox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or sending a paid direct message ("DM"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must not be barred from using the service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity on it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. How the service works

Creators publish a profile and set a price per DM, optional subscription, or tiered packs. Fans pay that price to send a guaranteed-read message. Creators may reply at their discretion. Replies are not guaranteed and are not a condition of payment unless the creator explicitly offers a reply guarantee.

5. Payments, fees, and payouts

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
  • We charge a platform fee on each transaction; the current fee is shown in your dashboard and may change with notice.
  • Creators are responsible for any taxes owed on earnings.
  • Pro plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard.

6. Refunds

Because each paid DM is delivered immediately to the creator's inbox, paid DMs are non-refundable except where required by law or where the message was undelivered due to a system failure. Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period; cancellation stops future charges.

7. Content and license

You retain ownership of the content you send. You grant PriorityInbox a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and back up your content solely to operate the service.

8. Prohibited use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in message removal, refund reversals, account suspension, or termination.

9. Intellectual property

The PriorityInbox name, logo, and software are owned by Unsaved Changes, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service except as expressly permitted.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriorityInbox's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Unsaved Changes, LLC harmless from any claims arising out of your content or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
