Everything you need to set up PriorityInbox, monetize your DMs, and reply on your terms.

For creators

1. Create your account

  1. Go to priorityinbox.app/auth and sign up with email or Google.
  2. Confirm your email (check spam if you don't see it).
  3. Pick your username — this becomes your public link: priorityinbox.app/yourname.

2. Set up your profile

  1. Open Settings → Profile.
  2. Add a clear display name, avatar, and one-line bio that tells fans what they get when they message you.
  3. Optionally link your other platforms (X, Instagram, YouTube).

3. Price your DMs

  1. Open Settings → Pricing.
  2. Set your base price per DM. Most creators start between $5–$25.
  3. Add up to three tiers (e.g. "Quick question $5", "Detailed reply $25", "Business inquiry $100").
  4. Optionally enable a monthly creator subscription for fans who want unlimited DMs.

4. Connect payouts

  1. Open Settings → Payouts and connect Stripe.
  2. Complete Stripe's identity verification.
  3. Payouts arrive in your bank account on Stripe's standard rolling schedule.

5. Share your link

Put priorityinbox.app/yourname in your bio everywhere — X, Instagram, YouTube About, LinkedIn, email signature. Every paid DM lands in your dashboard.

6. Read & reply

  1. New paid DMs show up in your dashboard inbox.
  2. Tap a message to read it.
  3. Reply when you're ready — there's no SLA. Tip: a quick "thanks, will reply tomorrow" goes a long way.

7. Upgrade to Pro (optional)

Pro unlocks a lower platform fee (5% vs the standard rate), full analytics, custom branding, and a Pro badge. Manage your plan from Pricing.


For fans (sending a DM)

  1. Open the creator's link: priorityinbox.app/theirname.
  2. Pick a tier (or use the default price).
  3. Write your message — be specific, that gets the best reply.
  4. Pay with card or Apple/Google Pay. Your message is delivered instantly.
  5. You'll get an email when the creator replies.

FAQ

Is a reply guaranteed?

The creator's read is guaranteed. A reply is at the creator's discretion unless they explicitly offer a reply guarantee in their profile.

Can I get a refund?

See our Terms. Paid DMs are non-refundable once delivered, except when required by law or where a system failure prevented delivery.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account. Personal data is removed within 30 days; see the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report abuse?

Email abuse@priorityinbox.app. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
