Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
PriorityInbox is a tool for creators to receive paid messages from real fans. This policy keeps the platform safe, legal, and useful. It applies to all users — creators and senders.
You may not use PriorityInbox to:
- Illegal activity. Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights. This includes fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, and trafficking of any kind.
- Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance. Any CSAM is reported immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement.
- Sexual services or escorting. Solicitation, advertising, or arranging sexual services for payment is not allowed.
- Harassment & threats. Targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats of violence, hate speech directed at a protected class, or coordinated abuse.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, brand, or public figure in a way that misleads others.
- Scams & deceptive offers. Pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, phishing, investment scams, or promising outcomes you cannot deliver.
- Malware & abuse of the platform. Distributing malware, scraping, automated mass-messaging, bypassing rate limits, or attacking the service.
- Spam. Repetitive, unsolicited, or off-topic messages, including messages used purely to drive traffic elsewhere.
- Regulated goods. Sale of firearms, controlled drugs, prescription medication, alcohol to minors, or other goods restricted in your jurisdiction.
- Personal data of others. Sharing private information about someone without their consent.
- IP infringement. Posting content you do not have rights to, including copyrighted media and trademarks.
- Payment abuse. Chargeback fraud, stolen cards, or using PriorityInbox to launder transactions unrelated to messaging.
Enforcement
We may remove content, refund the sender, freeze payouts, suspend the account, or terminate access — at our discretion and without prior notice when the violation is severe. Repeat or egregious violations result in a permanent ban. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.
Reporting abuse
If you see content or behavior that violates this policy, email abuse@priorityinbox.app with the username, message, and any context. We typically respond within 2 business days; CSAM and imminent-harm reports are triaged immediately.
Appeals
If you believe enforcement was a mistake, reply to the notification email within 14 days with the reason. We will review and respond in writing.
